FAQ

Frequently asked questions about our services.

Answers to the questions most often raised by condominium board members.

What condominium management services do you offer?+
We cover the four pillars of management: administrative and legal (general meetings, registers, declaration of co-ownership, insurance), financial (budgets, contributions, contingency fund), technical (maintenance, RFPs, project supervision) and communication (private portal, newsletter, complaint handling). All our packages include 24/7 emergency service.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency response?+
Yes. An emergency line is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for water damage, elevator breakdowns, major mechanical failures or any incident affecting occupant safety. A manager dispatches a qualified contractor and coordinates the intervention end to end.
Which areas do you serve?+
We serve the entire Greater Montreal area: Montreal Island, Laval, Longueuil, South Shore (Brossard, Saint-Lambert, Boucherville) and North Shore (Terrebonne, Blainville, Repentigny). We consider any request within a reasonable radius.
Can I select only some services (à la carte management)?+
Absolutely. In addition to full management, we offer à la carte modules: running a general meeting, preparing the annual budget, handling an insurance claim, achieving Bill 16 compliance, or one-time support for self-managed corporations.
How long does the transition to Quatre Piliers take?+
A typical transition takes 30 to 60 days. It includes recovering files, taking over the accounting, updating the register of co-owners, communicating with residents and a kickoff meeting with your board of directors.
